MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- A fire broke out at the Novokuibyshev refinery in the Samara Region, a spokesperson for the Emergency Ministry told PRIME on Monday.
“A fire is raging on at the Novokuibbyshev oil refinery,” the spokesperson said, adding that the area of the fire and other details were unclear.
